1. Opening of Meeting 3:00 P.M.
A. Call to Order
The special meeting was convened by Chairman Brann and held at the Northumberland Courthouse located at 72 Monument Place, Heathsville, VA 22473.
2. County Administrator Items
A. Transfer of Funds - School Board

Superintendent Leslie explained to the Board that the school is requesting a transfer of funds from the instruction category to Admin & Health in the amount of $90,000 to cover payroll and other expenses as identified in the attachment. She stated that payroll was set up differently in the past and a portion of it comes from the Admin & Health category at this time, however that has been corrected. She reiterated that the correct amount was budgeted, but the funds were not in the correct category.
Motion to approve a transfer of funds from 30-6000-6100 (Instruction) to 30-6000- 6200 (Admin & Health) in the amount of $90,000.

Motion to approve a supplemental appropriation and transfer of funds from EMS revenue (56-1600-161315) to EMS expenditure (56-3506-5956) in the amount of $716.79 for a refund.
