Craig Palubinski said they would not.

Thomas Watkins said he lived on Penny Creek and wished to speak in support of the project. “It will keep the channel usable.”

Scott B. Johnson – to install 170 linear feet of bulkhead channelward of an existing bulkhead along the shoreline of the Little Wicomico River and 160 Ferry View Drive.

Scott Johnson said that he wished to construct 170 bulkhead channelward of an existing deteriorating bulkhead.

Chairman Headley asked, “Didn’t we start asking that bulkheads be put back in the same footprint?”

Philip Marston said, “We could because the 2 foot channelward is a non-vegetated wetland impact.

Spencer Headley asked if this would be in the Wetlands Board jurisdiction if it is going 2 feet channelward. He noted that according to the pictures, the water goes right to the wall. Philip Marston said that in his opinion, the drawings do not give a clear definition of what is in our jurisdiction or what is in VMRC’s jurisdiction or how much wetland vegetation will be impacted.

Robert Vanlandingham asked if Mr. Johnson planned to put the new bulkhead in front. Mr. Johnson said he planned to put it in front and make it higher and backfill. After reviewing the project and there being concerns and objections, George Rew made a motion to table the project until the July 14, 2026, meeting so that Mr. Johnson could submit revised drawings of the project. Albert Fisher seconded the motion and the Board unanimously approved. Other Business
