- After a public hearing, the Northumberland County Board of Supervisors changed the zoning definition of Bulk Oil/Propane Storage, Commercial so that such facilities may include retail sales.
- The Board also added Bulk Oil/Propane Storage, Commercial as a conditional use in the B-1, Business, General Zoning District.
- After a hearing on an amendment to the fiscal year 2027 budget, the Board approved resolutions appropriating DHCD monies for the Lampkintown Housing Project.
- The Board approved a resolution opposing Atlantic Menhaden Draft Addendum II to the extent it would reduce the Chesapeake Bay reduction fishery cap.
